Checking Usage and Limits

AI PR Toolkit helps you manage your monthly limits for contacts, exports, and emails, and gives you upgrade options when you need more.

Check your usage

To check your current usage in AI PR Toolkit:

1. Click your profile icon in the top navigation
2. Click Subscription info in the dropdown menu

The Subscription info page shows your available unit types. Your usage count refreshes automatically on the first of every month.

Plan limits and add-ons

Each paid plan comes with its monthly usage limits. You can increase these limits with optional add-ons at any time.

AI-Cited Media searches

The number of searches in the AI-Cited Media you can create each month.

• Base: 10
• Pro: 30
• Business: 50

Contacts added monthly

The number of contacts from the Media Database you can add to your media lists each month.

• Base: 250
• Pro: 500 (add-on: +200 contacts for $29/month)
• Business: 1,000 (add-on: +200 contacts for $29/month)

Exported contacts

The number of Media Database contacts you can export each month.

• Base: 0 (add-on: +200 contacts for $149/month) 
• Pro:  150 (add-on: +200 contacts for $149/month)
• Business: 500 (add-on: +200 contacts for $149/month) 

Email sends

Number of emails you can send each month.

• Base: 500 (add-on: +1,000 emails for $29/month)
• Pro: 1,250 (add-on: +1,000 emails for $29/month)
• Business: 3,500 (add-on: +1,000 emails for $29/month)

Mentions per month

Number of Media Monitoring mentions collected through your monitoring queries.

• Base: Not available
• Pro: 3,000 (add-on: +10,000 mentions for $19/month)
• Business: 50,000 (add-on: +10,000 mentions for $19/month)

Understand how limits are counted

All limits are monthly and reset on the first day of each month:

• Contacts added: Every contact you add to media lists counts toward your monthly limit, regardless of whether you add it to 1 or more lists
• Exported contacts: Each contact you export counts toward your monthly limit, regardless of how many lists contain that contact
• Email sends: Each email and follow-up you send to a person counts toward your monthly limit. If you send the same message twice to 1 person, it counts as 2 email sends.
• Monitoring mentions: Each mention your monitoring queries find counts toward your monthly limit
• Add-ons: Extra contacts, exports, and emails follow the same monthly cycle as your plan limits

Tip: Narrow your monitoring queries with filters and optional criteria to stay within your mention limit.

Extend your limits

AI PR Toolkit notifies you in the app when you're approaching your limits. To extend your limits, you can:

• Buy an add-on: For example, +200 contacts or +1,000 emails monthly
• Upgrade your plan: Increase your monthly limits and unlock additional features

To upgrade at any time:

1. Click your profile icon in the top navigation
2. Choose Subscription info from the dropdown menu
3. Select the upgrade or add-on you need
4. Review the change and confirm
